You priced the job.
ChaseMate gets the answer.
Log a quote in 30 seconds. ChaseMate follows it up on day 3, 7 and 14, in your words, from your name, until it’s a yes or a no. Job done? It chases the invoice too.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
You price it up at night
After a full day on the tools. Measured, costed, sent.
They say they'll have a think
Then nothing. Not a yes, not a no.
You never chase it
Feels pushy, you're busy, and by next week it's forgotten.
A lot of quiet quotes aren’t a no. They’re a “sorry, been manic” waiting for a nudge. ChaseMate sends the nudge.
Set up once. Then it’s 30 seconds a quote.
You stay on the tools. ChaseMate does the remembering.
Show it how you talk
Upload a few screenshots of messages you've sent customers. It picks up your greeting, your sign-off and how you put things.
Log the quote
Name, email, job, price. Attach the quote if you like and the emails will mention the actual work. Read all three before they go.
Answers come to you
Follow-ups go on day 3, 7 and 14. Replies land in your inbox. Tap one button when they answer and the chase stops.
Sounds like you, because it learned from you.
No “Dear valued customer”. No corporate waffle. If you say “cheers mate”, so does it. If you’d rather keep it more formal for new customers, one tap changes it.
A MESSAGE YOU SENT
“Alright Steve, fence is done mate. Invoice attached, bank details on the bottom. Cheers, Jack”
CHASEMATE, 7 DAYS LATER
“Alright Steve, just a nudge on that invoice from last week. Bank details on the bottom if you get a sec. Cheers, Jack”

YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOUR CALL
Nothing goes out that you wouldn’t send yourself.
These are your customers and your reputation. ChaseMate is built so it can never embarrass you.
Read them first
All three follow-ups appear the moment you log a quote. Edit, skip, change the dates, or approve them word for word.
Money emails wait for your OK
Invoice reminders never send until you've read and approved them. No legal threats, ever.
One tap to stop
Every time something goes out, you get a note with buttons: they've replied, job won, lost it. No logging in.
“Give me till Friday”
Log the date they gave you and the chase holds until then.
Gentle or firm, your choice
Set how hard it pushes, and whether a customer is new, a regular, or a mate.
Everything you get for £8.99
One plan. No add-ons, no tiers, no limits on quotes.

WHO’S BEHIND IT
Built by a builder in Doncaster.
I’m Jack. I grew up driving plant in the family business and I’ve spent ten years in construction, in the UK and Australia, from site work to running jobs as a project manager. I built ChaseMate because following up quotes and invoices is the job everyone in the trade knows they should do and nobody has time for.
It’s a one-man outfit, so if something’s not right, you’re talking to the person who can fix it. jack@greensideprojects.com
Not another job app.
DOING IT YOURSELF
Free, if you remember. Most quiet quotes never get a second message.
JOB MANAGEMENT APPS
Usually £20 to £50+ a month for calendars, timesheets and job cards. Admin you have to keep up with.

Fair questions
Will my customer know it's automated?
The emails go out under your name, written the way you write, and every reply lands straight in your own inbox. There’s no ChaseMate branding or footer on them. The sending address is a ChaseMate one, the same way invoices from accounting apps come from the app’s address.
What if they reply, or ring me instead?
Replies come to you, not us. Every time we send a follow-up you get a short note with one-tap buttons: They’ve replied, Job won or Lost it. Tap one and the chase stops. No logging in.
Does anything send without me seeing it?
When you log a quote you see all three follow-ups straight away, and you can edit them, change the dates, skip any of them or approve them word for word. If you don’t bother reviewing, they’re written in your voice on the morning they go. Payment reminders are stricter: they never send until you’ve read and approved them.
They said “give me till Friday”. Then what?
Tap “They’ve asked for time”, pick Friday, and nothing goes to them before then. If Friday passes and they’ve gone quiet, the chase picks back up.
Do you send texts?
No. After each email we write a matching text in your voice, and you send it from your own phone with one tap to copy. We never text your customers.
What do I need to start?
An email address. No card for 30 days. Setup takes about five minutes: your name and trade, a few screenshots of messages you’ve sent customers (optional), then log your first quote.
What happens to my customers' details?
They’re used to send your follow-ups and nothing else. Never sold, never shared for marketing. Screenshots and quote PDFs you upload are read once and not kept. The details are in our privacy notice.
How do I cancel?
Settings, Manage subscription, Cancel. Two clicks. Your follow-ups keep going until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
